Continuing Care for Continuous Success

Hanley Center believes in the importance of a solid aftercare plan to remain successful on your path to permanent recovery. For this reason, before leaving residential treatment, each patient is given a Continuing Care Plan.

A Continuing Care Plan is a personalized road map for recovery, which addresses the patient's individual needs to keep them focused on the points that will ensure long-term results, and a successful recovery from addiction.

The name and phone number of a nearby alumnus or active member of a 12-Step program is provided in the continuing care plan to provide you with a powerful resource for support. Patients remaining in South Florida can attend weekly continuing care meetings on campus for up to six months. Similar arrangements can be made with out-of-town treatment facilities.

We have found that a life-long support system of others who are in recovery from addiction is the ideal way to prevent relapse while fostering committed and dedicated friendships.
