Professional Development
The Professional Development Program at Hanley Center offers two days of intensive training designed to educate healthcare professionals about the disease of addiction. The experiential component is designed so that each participant is paired with a client in residential treatment.
Professionals witness the impact that addiction has on individual lives and the beginning stages of recovery.
Interaction with clients, discussions with staff, and presentation from addiction professionals from various disciplines provide information and training to supplement participants' knowledge and skills as healthcare providers.
12-16 CEU hours given for participation
