How much does the Family Program cost?

• There is no cost for families, friends and significant others of our patients.

• The cost for community members and outside referrals is $375.

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and checks. Payment is required on the first day of your participation in the program. Unfortunately, the cost is not covered by insurance. For more information please call the Family Program Coordinator at 561-841-1264
