What to Bring and Wear at the Center for Men’s Recovery
Clothing
Cannot advertise alcohol, drugs, sex, or be disrespectful to others.
Shorts
No short-shorts. Jogging or exercise clothing may be worn for exercising only.
Hats & Sunglasses
No hats or sunglasses allowed inside any building. Hats and sunglasses may be worn outside only.
Electronic Devices
- You may NOT bring a TV, computer/laptop, portable DVD player, fax machine, cell phone, beeper, or Blackberry.
- You CAN bring an MP3 player, CD player, tape player or radio with headphones/earphones.
Shirts & Shoes
- Shirts MUST cover front and back. No mesh, transparent shirts or tank tops.
- Tank tops may be worn in the gym or on the basketball and volleyball court ONLY.
- Shoes and shirts must be worn at all times when out of your bedroom, including at the basketball and volleyball courts, and walking to and from the pool area.
Exercise
- Jogging shorts and exercise shorts and tank tops are OK.
- Rollerblades are not allowed.
At The Pool
- Keep bathing suits on and fastened in pool area.
- Wear adequate clothing to and from the pool/gym area (shorts, shoes/sandals, and shirts).
Medications
Bring 48 hours worth of all prescription medications in a prescription-labeled bottle and only a list of any over-the-counter medication you use.
