Wellness


Wellness is an important part of the recovery process, promoting sobriety through activities such as sports, games, dance, music and team building. Through wellness activities, you will learn to use leisure time in healing ways to enhance your physical, mental, and spiritual health.

Our Wellness Center is staffed by caring and experienced professionals who provide counseling in the areas of exercise, leisure skills, and healthy recreation. A wellness coordinator is always there to guide and support your activities. Our campus features:


  • A jogging path/walking trail with exercise stations
  • Pool for fitness swimming, water volleyball, and aquatherapy
  • Fully-appointed gym with an array of cardio and weight equipment
  • Outdoor basketball court

You will also participate in experiential exercises such as trust walks, ropes course, and the teambuilding exercises. These activities require teamwork and promote trust, communication, problem solving, and the ability to have fun while sober.
