Women's Wellness Services
Wellness is an important part of the recovery process, promoting sobriety through individual and group wellness activities that may include:
- Cardio workouts on a treadmill or stationary bike in the gym
- Weight training with free weights and dumbbells
- Walking or jogging on the trail around the campus
- Swimming
- Water volleyball
- Mindful meditation
- ROPES course
- Trust walks
