Wellness is an important part of the recovery process, promoting sobriety through individual and group wellness activities that may include:

  • Cardio workouts on a treadmill or stationary bike in the gym
  • Weight training with free weights and dumbbells
  • Walking or jogging on the trail around the campus
  • Swimming
  • Water volleyball
  • Mindful meditation
  • ROPES course
  • Trust walks
