From the first phone call through developing discharge and continuing care plans, our multidisciplinary team considers your input invaluable as each patient’s recovery plan is tailored to meet their unique needs.

Our Commitment to You

Hanley Center is proud of our relationships with our professional referents and the work we do together to combat addiction. With the appropriate consent, your patient’s primary therapist will provide regular progress reports to you and the approved loved ones. This includes collaborating on plans both during and after treatment that support life long recovery from addiction. Our team will present you with a copy of your patient’s discharge summary and continuing care plan, and we are happy to meet any other needs you may have along the way.
