How are the rates structured?
We utilize a transparent per diem rate for our residential programs. While third-party charges or specific ancillary services (such as specialized labs or external prescriptions) may be billed separately, the Preferred Partner Rate ensures the plan knows the core daily cost upfront.

Does this require changing our TPA or workflow?
No. We submit standard claims directly to the group’s existing carrier. This includes obtaining authorization through your insurance provider. Furthermore, we can adapt to your preferred length of stay: we can follow standard medical-necessity reviews or discuss setting a fixed number of authorized days to further streamline administration. Does this contract waive the patient’s financial responsibility?
No. In accordance with strict legal and ethical guidelines and insurance regulations, members remain responsible for their specific plan’s deductibles and out-of-pocket (OOP) maximums. These amounts are collected from the patient upon admission.

Do patient payments count toward their plan deductibles?
Yes. Because claims are processed through the TPA like a standard claim, all payments made by the patient are reported and applied to their plan accumulators and deductibles as normal.
